- Free Sunday Creative Workshpops
: Every Sunday 12pm-2pm.
Our Sunday workshops are weekly two hour lessons with aritsts and educators from all over New York. They are held in the back yard of 190 Beach 96th St. in Rockaway Beach and run from 12 PM to 2 PM. The pacing of the workshops varies. Depending on the nature of the workshop, kids will go home with a work of art by 2 PM, or will be encouraged to return the following week to continue work on a larger collaborative project. Past workshops include: a whole month of movie making, mobile making, and art exchanges with a school in California. Each week gives us new perspective on creating art and learning from our community. All ages are welcome.

- After School Workshops:
Afterschool workshops are taught by various Arts in Parts educators and guest teaching artists. Each month, we offer a different set of classes-each class meets once a week for the entire month. We offer everything from arts classes, to science classes to cooking classes. Our goal is to share our passions and offer skill based classes, with smaller class sizes and . more one-on-one learning time. This allows us to offer our programs ability to cater to individual learning curves. Our goal with Afterschool is to supplement their primary schooling, with a more intimate educational environment, catering to their specific interests while also continuing to provide free/affordable creative programs to the kids of Rockaway.
- Summer Explorer's League

- A~P Bread Club:
Every Season we sell bread to help supplement the cost of our programs. Bread making is something we love to do at Arts in Parts and has been a staple learning tool for all of our workshops and programs. Teaching kids about nutrition and food is a huge part of our mission and we hope to further expand their perspectives and palettes. By selling bread that we make, we hope to further their knowledge with entrepreneurial skills while empowering them to share their love of food with their community.
This year A~P Bread Club will be providing a weekly bread CSA share through Edgemere Farm
. All bread is baked fresh and delivered to Beach 45th St. every Summer Saturday.
100% of Arts in Parts Bread Club proceeds go to funding all Arts Programs including Free Sunday Workshops, Summer Explorer's League and Afterschool Workshops.
- Summer Explorer's League: Summer Artist Residency:
For our Summer Explorer's League we have a high school artist resident who works with us as an integral member of the team. This is a very intimate learning experience, as our artist in residents spend the entire summer with us orchastrating the whole summer program. They are put straight to the task of leading workshops, taking on a wide variety of tasks and learning about the inner workings of a non-profit. Meals and lodging are provided and the student receives school credit.
